By accessing or using ProjectYin (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes subject to these Terms. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or software
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You agree to use ProjectYin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use of the Service
• Transmit any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, another user, or any other person
• Engage in any automated use of the system without our express written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

5. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProjectYin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or ProjectYin cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProjectYin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

12. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProjectYin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
