What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, you'll be asked to choose a plan. You can downgrade to the free Starter plan, continue with Professional, or contact us for Enterprise options. Your data is always safe and accessible.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits to your account.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 17% compared to monthly billing. For Professional plan, that's $120/year instead of $144/year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise plans include additional security features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
